Custom Orders
- Custom Orders require a 50% deposit and the remainder due at completion
of the final design. Custom Orders require 2-3 weeks to be filled.
- Cancellation of a custom order will require forfeiture of deposit.

Wholesale Inquiries
Wholesale orders are available with a minimum purchase of $200. Click here

Gift Certificates, Gift Receipts, Gift Wrapping
Gift Certificates are available in the following denominations: $10,
$25, $50, $75. Please visit our online store to purchase
Gift Certificates.
- If your order exceeds the amount of the certificate, the balance is
due in full.
- Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Beadazzling Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable or refundable for cash.
Gift Receipts are available with all purchases. Please click the
box indicated on the checkout page.
Gift-Wrapping is available upon request for a minimal fee. On purchases
$75 or more gift-wrapping is complimentary.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Gift Receipts
Beadazzling Couture will exchange or credit your account
for any items you are not completely satisfied with. Refunds and exchanges
are accepted providing the request is made within 10 business days.
Please fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form and a customer service
representative will then be in contact with you.
- All items must be returned new, tags intact and unworn within 30 days
of purchase, in original packaging and copy of receipt.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. There is no restocking
fee for exchanges, however, additional shipping charges will apply.
- Custom-made jewelry items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
- After 30 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply and returns will receive
an in store credit with Beadazzling Couture, minus shipping fees.

Resizing and Repairs
Resizing Information:
- Resizing is available
on all Beadazzling Couture items for
a minimal charge. Sizing is stated on the website for
each piece to prevent this from occurring.
- Certain items that were not made by Beadazzling Couture can be resized
upon consultation and at Beadazzling Couture’s sole discretion.
- All jewelry resizing issues must first be addressed via the Resizing
and Repairs Form.
Repairs Information:
- Beadazzling Couture has a high standard for craftsmanship. If under
normal use, craftsmanship has failed within 1 year of purchase please
use the Resizing and Repairs
Form to have the item repaired.
- Beadazzling Couture is not responsible for items that have been damaged
in the hands of children, pets, or otherwise.
- There is a labor fee of $10 per hour for repairs. This does not include
the price of beads, components or findings if they are needed. If beads,
components,
or findings were a limited edition equivalent beads will be offered.
- Beadazzling Couture reserves the right to decide what normal use
is.
- All repairs and resizing must first be addressed via the Resizing
and Repairs Form.

Ordering and Shipping
Ordering:
- Jewelry that appears on this website is available, in most cases, for
shipment within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.
- Items on backorder are available for purchase. These items will be
shipped out as soon as the product becomes available.
- Backorder items
will remain in our system for 30 days after the original order is
shipped. If the stock does not arrive within that time period,
the backorder is cancelled.
- Custom orders will be shipped within 3-4 weeks, but rush service
is available for an additional fee.
- It is recommended that bridal orders be placed approximately 3 months
in advance to allow for custom matching of gowns.

send Custom Orders via the Custom
Order Form.
Shipping:
- Beadazzling Couture currently ships only within the Continental US,
Alaska and Hawaii.
- All items are shipped via USPS First-Class mail,
7-10 business days.
- Please keep in mind that during busy holidays
(Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) delivery time might be
delayed. We have no control
over this.
- Beadazzling Couture does not ship to PO Boxes, APOs and
FPOs.
- Please contact us at info@beadazzlingcouture.com for
rush delivery.
- At this time, international shipping is not available.
Items Damaged in Shipping:
- Any items damaged in shipping must be returned within 7 days upon receiving
your item(s).
- Beadazzling Couture is not responsible for items that are lost in return
mail, please insure and package properly.
- Return shipping charges will be credited to your account once Beadazzling
Couture receives the package.

will contact you.
Sales Tax
For all orders
being shipped within Texas, there is an 8.25% sales tax rate that will
apply.
